In this page you can find all information and details you need about the sale of goods and services through our website www.cybertronick.com.
For a better understanding the buyer can refer to the sale agreement (to complete on line), here integrally reported.


Every update about products or prices the buyer can find in our website cancels and replaces any previous publications. Our prices don't include shipping charges (see the corresponding link).
The invoice (for companies) or the receipt of the product/s (for ordinary Customers) are enclosed.


We arrange the shipment by carrier (home delivery) as soon as we receive the Buyer's advance payment. The delivery terms (shipping charges and delivery times) depend on the Buyer's own country.
The Buyer should contact us before arranging the shipment to be informed about delivery terms; with “delivery time” we mean the working days following the shipment day. The Buyer can track his/her own package in real time whenever he/she wants. If the Buyer likes, we can inform him/her in good time by SMS as soon as we arrange the shipment.


CYBERTRONICK's business proposal is considered “offer to the public” according to the Article 1336 of the Italian Civil Code. Thus by filling in correctly the purchase form on-line, the Buyer agrees with the conclusion of the sale contract.
The computerized management of the stock-in trade will inform, in real time, about the immediate availability of goods or, in case of goods temporarily out of stock, about the delivery time.
With the purchase order the Buyer submits his/her purchase proposal of the selected product/s to CYBERTRONICK. By sending this purchase order, he/she agrees to receive the following communications, described below, exclusively aimed at the conclusion and execution of the sale contract (according to the Italian Article 10 Legislative Decree 185/1999 and Dgl 70/2003).
CYBERTRONICK confirms the receipt of the purchase order by e-mail and assigns to the Buyer an “Order Reference Number” that will be always quoted in any further communication with CYBERTRONICK.
As soon as we check the product's availability and the data the Buyer has inserted in the purchase form, CYBERTRONICK will inform him/her that the order has been verified and accepted. From that moment on, the order cannot be cancelled any more.
CYBERTRONICK will arrange the shipment by carrier (home delivery) as soon as we receive the Buyer's advance payment.


CYBERTRONICK places several methods of payment at the Buyer's disposal in order to guarantee simplicity, clearness and security about the purchase procedure. CYBERTRONICK will not accept in any case the direct payment via credit card.
However, we prefer payment methods, that through the mediation of certificate institutes guarantee the highest levels of transparency and security about the transaction. The complete data about the payment details will be summarized at the end of the purchase order.

It is the most immediate and the simplest method of payment, if you are a holder of a postal or bank account. Before proceeding with the shipment, it is necessary to wait 4-6 working days for the credit procedure.

Western Union provides a fast and easy payment solution. Our innovative services are ideal for sending or receiving payments virtually anywhere, anytime, all over the world.
Reason for payment: CYBERTRONICK will communicate a detailed Reference as soon as the Buyer will finish his/her purchase on-line. Then he/she will receive all necessary information to make the payment.


All CYBERTRONICK's goods on the market are subjected to the present national and community regulations about guarantees of consumer goods and defects of sold products. We quote, in particular, the Article 1519- ter (as explained by the Legislative Decree 02/02/2002 no. 24) that provides that the faulty consumer goods be secured ex lege for 24 (twenty-four) months from the delivery date (Article 1519 – sexies). The Customer cannot exert the withdrawal right if he/she doesn't inform the Supplier (CYBERTRONICK) about any possible fault within 60 (sixty) days from the finding of the fault itself.
In case of faulty product, the Buyer can contact CYBERTRONICK at the following address: assistenza.clienti@cybertronick.com.
The faulty product/s can be repaired or replaced at CYBERTRONICK's discretion. Anyway, about the guarantee conditions, the Buyer accepts the sale contract terms or the software license agreement to undersign once he/she has finished the purchase order. In this refund aren't admitted the costs that the Buyer supports for the goods return, they are integrally at the Customer's expenses since the forwarding expenses of the repaired or replaced product/s are to be paid exclusively by CYBERTRONICK. If the returned goods should work, CYBERTRONICK will ask for an amount of € 25,00 (twenty-five) for the check tests and the forwarding expenses. The faulty product has to be shipped to the following address: CYBERTRONICK di Sinopoli Livio – Via Caprera, 80 – 88100 Catanzaro Lido (CZ) Italy.
CYBERTRONICK guarantees that its products are on the market exclusively for the use mentioned in the product presentation page or as quoted in the handbook or in the enclosed instructions in the packet. CYBERTRONICK doesn't guarantee in any way uses different from those just now mentioned.


1. The Buyer's personal data are collected in order to record the purchase order and to activate the performance of this contract and the corresponding necessary communications.
2. Data collection is necessary for the execution of the contract. Any possible refusal to provide us with the requested data could entail the partial or the non execution of the contract.
3. Data processing is carried out with the aid of electronic instruments in accordance with the law in force. The Supplier undertakes to protect the data privacy and the information passed by the Buyer, not to show them to unauthorized persons and not to use them for advertising and promotional purposes unless the Buyer gives he/she own consent; it engages also not to use them for different purposes from those agreed. These data can be shown only on demand of the Judicial Authority or other authorities allowed by law.
4. The personal data can be communicated under subscription and under pledge of privacy about the data themselves, only to subjects authorized to complete the necessary steps for the performance of the contract stipulated and diffused exclusively for these purposes.
5. The Buyer enjoys the rights of the Italian Article 7, Legislative Decree 196/03, here reproduced for your convenience:
1. The person concerned has the right to obtain the confirmation of the existence or not of personal data relating his/her person, including instances where the data have not yet been registered. Such data shall be delivered to the affected party in an intelligible manner.
2. The person concerned has the right to be advised of the following:
a) Origin of personal data;
b) Data processing and procedures;
c) The logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) The identification data of the Holder, Person in charge and Representative designated according to the Article 5, paragraph 2;
e) Entities or groups of entities to whom the personal data may be communicated or whom otherwise might have access to the data themselves in the capacity of Representative in Italy, Persons in charge or Data Processors.
3. The person concerned has the right to:
a) Update, rectify when necessary and integrate his/her personal data;
b) Delete, transform into an anonymous format or obtain the access to data processed illicitly, including data not requiring storage for the purposes for which they were originally collected and subsequently processed;
c) A certification that the operations as described in letters a) and b) have been reported to those entities to whom the data had been forwarded or disseminated, except in those instances when it would be impossible or would entail the use of resources and other means manifestly disproportionate to the protection of the individual's personal right.
4. The person concerned has the right to oppose, in whole or in part:
a) To the processing of personal data, even if pertinent to the collection aim, for legitimate motivations;
b) To the processing of personal data for purposes of advertising/sales or performance of market surveys or advertising campaigns;

This area is reserved to the Law Enforcement and shows devices suitable for decreed uses, CYBERTRONICK will supply any kind of information to High Offices of State with, anyway and always, demonstrable qualification.


Although the marketing of surveillance devices is fully permissible, it's possible that the intention of the Buyer is in contrast with the actual normative about safeguard of the reservation and illegitimate interferences in the private life, in theme of treatment of the personal data and in support of illegitimate activities in general.
The use of products aimed at not allowed and improper finalities or opposing to current regulations is not encouraged, favored or facilitated in any way by the CYBERTRONICK Firm. It declines all responsibilities in which the buyer can incur for the commercialized products used, diffused and distributed to outside parties not conforming with law.
The Buyer declares he/she has taken vision about these legal instructions and declares, also, has recognized the CYBERTRONICK Firm relieved of any criminal or civil liability following the on-line shopping procedure. The Buyer engages him/herself to take vision and to know the complete content of the use guides, technical instructions or handbooks enclosed in the packet.
